Another thing shaped like a golf ball

A made falafel recently. A lot of falafel. He soaked a ton of chick peas, then ground them with spices, parsley, garlic etc. Then we made little balls/pucks and fried them. We ate them for days afterward. They also made the perfect lunchtime meal.
I found these colors so beautiful. The next step was mixing it a lot with our hands. But I love this shade of green against the garbanzo beige :)

This was the final product, before added accoutrements, like pickles, yogurt, cabbage, etc. So yum.
