Last week's dinners:

Sunday: garbanzo beans and potatoes
(This was spicy amazingness. Props to A. I'll work on my photography skills).

Monday: more garbanzo beans and potatoes
(Something that simmers for hours on a Sunday gets made in large quantities. Yum). 

Tuesday: leftover pierogi pizza
(After also having it for a few lunches, we finished off this mashed potato/onion/cheese pizza from last week. Whew). 

Wednesday: noodles, veggies and tofu 
(The sauce was the best part. It had soy sauce, fish sauce, red pepper flakes, lemon juice, and cilantro. It tasted legit, better than our local "Asian cuisine" restaurant. No offense, Meadville). 

Thursday: more garbanzos and potatoes
(I can't get tired of it. So good. And yay for extra yogurt).

Friday: roast beef sandwiches
(From beef roasted a few days earlier. With good bread. And cheese. And baked french fries).

Saturday: carryout pizza
(There is something nice about a sunny Saturday outside being topped off with cheesy pizza and an episode of Dr.Who).
