As previously mentioned, I've recently grown Quite Fond of baking bread.
But, I've always used a bread pan . . . or a cast iron skillet when making pita or naan. The next step, I've figured, is making the crusty breads that are round or baguette shaped.
I've just spent the last little while googling recipes.
The general theme of ALL of them? Chill out. Don't worry if it's not perfect. You can do this. Just do the best you can; it will be fine.. 

Awesome. There is something so nice about this. About baking.
