Enroute

Sarah Vowell wrote about her appreciation of plaques in public spaces  (http://www.amazon.com/Assassination-Vacation-Sarah-Vowell/dp/074326004X ). This is a perfect example of why I've come to really appreciate them too. How else would I know that a stroll to the post office in the Big City would cross the same place where Abraham Lincoln hung out for "a few hours?"
Awesome.

  1. This makes me want to read some of the many plaques we have in our parks nearby. We may be walking in the path of a president and not even know it!
